yyr's Oni Progress

This is a record of how far I've progressed in Oni mode across all versions of DDR that contain it. Note that this is not a record of how far I'm capable of progressing in Oni mode as of right now, but a record of how far I've actually happened to go when I've played. I don't get to play Extreme very often, so I'm a little behind.
For arcade versions, courses are listed in "progress order." First, courses I've cleared, in the order I cleared them; second, courses I haven't cleared, in the order I think I'll be able to clear them. Home versions are listed in the same order that the game lists them. Note that I intentionally am not tracking progress in Extreme USA or DDR Festival; not being able to turn off the corner buttons breaks Oni mode (at least for me).
I recently started keeping track of Extreme Oni course scores for the MAX2 Onis. I've listed these in the MAX2 section, in the "EX Score" column. Listed are the score itself as well as the percentage that it would have been if using MAX2's scoring system. (Note that the presence of the Marvelous step rating makes it easier to score higher percentages, because it helps you stay on beat.)
Unknown values are labeled as "?" and include scores I didn't record, as well as maximum scores for several of the home version courses.
